Get to know more about the process of getting a certificate as you browse through the website.

Step-by-step process of signing up

Use the free BEE generator tool embedded in the website to create a certificate to help you with your business. These BEE certificates are legitimate and can be customised depending on where you need them.

Here’s how you can apply for a bee certificate:

Step 1: Create an account

Click the ‘create an account’ button on the website so the platform will redirect you to the sign-up form. Put the necessary data to create your account like your name, business registration, annual income, etc.

Please provide accurate information so as not to compromise the validity of your certificate. State offices will still run the details on their network to check your business out. This will prevent you from accumulating any violations or penalty fees.

Step 2: Craft your certificate

Once your account is set up, you can now craft a BEE certificate for your business. You can access the website form through your profile. Look for the ‘craft your certificate’ button to get redirected to the certificate page.

The platform has a built-in editor so you can see how the certificate looks in real-time as you put the necessary details on it. When you are satisfied with how the certificate looks, click ‘done’ and fill out your email address on the necessary fields on the page.

Your certificate will be sent to your personal email. Check your inbox within 2 to 3 days upon submission. If the certificate has not appeared on your account, please contact our support team to help you out.

Step 3: Download the certificate from your email

Upon receiving the email, check whether the certificate file is attached to the message. Download the file immediately and use it for necessary paperwork in your business.

The file is in compressed PDF format so as not to take too much space on your computer drive. This certificate is valid for web and print use.
